Donna, a senior strategist and organization development expert, is the creator of Boomer Match to Business and President of The Capability Corps Inc.  Donna is an expert in intergenerational workplaces, developing and designing creative solutions for organizations and teams struggling to leverage the differences and similarities of the four generations.  With this expertise, she works with leaders in these organizations to predict future trends and how best to prepare their organization for the 2020 workplace.

Faye is owner of PeopleTime and is a human resources, training and communications professional with over 25 years experience in the corporate environment and as a consultant. She helps organizations to build employee and customer commitment through effective communications, training and development programs, and the implementation of sound human resources and customer satisfaction practices.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established 50 years & with a global reputation, the client is a 3-generation, family-owned business located north of Toronto in the GTA. Annual revenue ranges between $5-10M.
Expertise is required to assist in the marketing of a newly developed, technically sophisticated, remotely controlled, digitally driven, auto vending kiosk. The primary target market is defined as internationally based, well known, well established and well branded, manufactures of consumer products. Target audience might well expand to include specialised agencies that work closely with the identified primary targets.
Multiple benefits of the kiosk include product sales or sampling, high visibility of brand exposure and an ability to measure and capture demographic research.  


EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
•    Client or agency experience of approximately 5 yrs, working directly in the emerging and multifaceted digitally driven Out-Of-Home consumer market  
•    Clear understanding of the costing and value of OOH media
•    Ability to cost out and integrate multiple marketing benefits to arrive at a compelling combined proposition  
•    Working knowledge of OOH Advertising/Marketing in high traffic areas – e.g. Airports, Shopping malls etc.
•    Ability to network, with confidence, with a variety of consumer products manufacturers and distributors as well as those agencies who work with them

POSITION DETAILS:
•    Contract/consulting position
•    Compensation and hours of work will be negotiated with the client by the successful candidate.  
•    Successful candidate will become a member of the client’s team, able to work on or off site and hands-on to implement a strategic marketing plan to support the launch of the kiosk
